Between 1978,  when we wrote that research project by UNIDO/World bank relied on information, knowledge of then pre Zanzibar East Africa Colonial Strategy to write that Report  - what ensued and later those who took it and build the COI/IOR structures. Today in Seychelles the Communication possibilities, availability of knowledge and information and yet the terrible state of thing, politic and economic. In Zanzibar the degrading situation too, yet with global access to information, knowledge and resources.

After taking time to watch this phenomena and it does require energy - would not have bothered to listen to anybody addressing the 70th UN Summit - we decided to do it.

One would have expected after the global crash of 2007/8  and certainly the UN was deeply involved and responsible what the greater world populace said about the UN very corrupted workings. Their respective role and function in world workings today and the future.  They lightly highlight the ups and low of he UN - the mega challenge they refuse to confront it.

Liao runs a publication that has shown nothing but loyalty to the government. George Chen, managing editor of the Hong Kong publication The South China Morning Post, calls The People's Daily a "party mouthpiece."

It seems the mouthpiece isn't on message.

Comment - We had been thinking of the many comments posted at the history site on Facebook construction of the Airport, the argument about the fix exchange the colonial days and exchange system/structures in the Gulf Region. Very much lost in our thoughts - until we saw this article.

Prior to the current President Vi Jinping coming to office his predecessor was aware of the topic and how this was managed via our Seychelles complex diplomatic and economic workings. 

Having argued that President Gorbachev biggest mistake was not to take us seriously enough and develop an alternative economic model for the USSR/Later Russia when we pressed him, those who know, the emerging COMECON, Eastern Europe economy - much more important the economy of former Yugoslavia which had been much acclaimed by the West as a very serious economic model then. What we have termed the alternatives BRICS which should have been put into place by President Gorbachev shortly after the debacle of Perestroika. We have addressed that that SIROP program is much more complicated/sophisticated that the brief outline/online version we have published. It was/within that context/those context that we were requested to force/bring about a similar change to China - the protest going on well recorded even if the reason and motivations were never addressed properly those who knew the other agenda. Again we say those from China who have worked with President FA Rene reasonably aware of these topics and incidents. 

Yesterday we addressed briefly the debacle of Mr Gervais Appave and his Swiss Migrant International body - we had been more interested from a global/refugee prospective - again at the back of our mind, such world body refused at the time to give credit to that SIROP program and explain its role in many of the ensuing then global events which brought about massive human migration the then COMECON, the then USSR, the Latin America, then OAU and Asia - including China. Why because Mr Jean Claude Juncker had come forward and stated EU alone cannot solve the world Refugee/Exile crises. Again the many article we have addressed - that had we to work those issues from Europe how over night there would be a very different global refugee/exile policy, politic and situation. We also question the resources the EU and other are throwing at the situation. How with much less other alternative could be achieved. The so call North Africa Spring - what forces and Powers were involved and thereby setting back 25 years of Planning and hard investment to developing a very different African economic model and the impact of the High speed Transport system linking Africa to Europe via Spain. The current situation have set back this development some 10 years. China had offered to play a very decisive role - in the high speed Transport Technology and highly competitive. 

To go back to our shock shall we say three weeks ago after we had addressed certain China Market concern, those Chinese Delegation who stopped overnight in Seychelles and they visited State House - we are not that disconnected. We have some 30 years experience in this/these fields. Under President FA Rene when such delegation arrived he took/acted very differently - linking with his then global high corporate partners/associates. President J A Michel lack this capacity time and time over the past 10 years. 

It is not a small talk when you/one write on global forum of one capacity to influence the Chinese Economy importantly - we had pointed out have have been causing some of the abnormal workings of the Chinese Stock Market - the phenomenal loss, the important efforts of the government to come to grip/control and manage the situation. To underline that we are not small talking - we worked vast many Market issues of Britain, Europe, the USA and Asia, Russia and indeed china under that SIROP program - it was our responsibility to Make qualitative high management impute and some of the mega issues, mergers, policies and politic - this knowledge and expertise just do not vanish. We have also worked Latin American Market hence understand a good deal.

We have noted and those who study/monitor the realignment of Seychelles government bilateral/economic workings with the BRICS global development even if Seychelles is a very small nation - the linkage also include the so call Blue Economy - coinage - we are talking of many years of experiences. Two weeks at Seychelles voice the article that Seychelles was patting itself for the economic performance and the looming global negative development. In Mauritius in the media two days ago on the back of SAJ economic prognosis for the next 10/15 years their warning to the government/his government - those running Mauritius economy. We equally addressed how after we had been to Strasbourg, the anticipated election 2014, the outcome and the mega mess which ensued how they are related, the Mauritius Police, and many special Units and divisions. Mr Rawat himself explain he had been involved in that SIROP program - benefited very importantly and along with the many politicians in Mauritius who then star back poker face. We have warned time and time again if that SIROP program have the capacity to impact the economy of USA or EU it have much more leverage/capabilities to affect and impact the Mauritius economy depending how it is administered/Managed. 

Three weeks ago we warned and explained we were entering into situation which would affect many Britain, Europe, Asia, Russia and china world workings and what took place and the changes and again the changes afterwards. Very important the impact on China Market. 
Today we read this article - stating those who have been made to pay for the ensuing events, Market crash and other issues. From a high interdisciplinary Management responsibility the need to share information, let others know - we do not carry this responsibility alone, across Europe those trained and educated in the science and discipline of High Interdisciplinary management - their respective topics and fields/expertise. 

Which bring us back to the question we have asked - the Benchmark the BRICS Nations, their Institutions, their High Office are expected to work with in comparison to the IMF/the World Bank and others. {Those who hold the view we are beyond our depth/capacity - we explained then EU high workings until eight years ago - those from Africa, the PM Blair in Office who had urge my person given the knowledge and experience to help overcome the massive disparity between the global functionality of the EU and then OAU - we agreed to become involved, the need to develop and African high working which could equate to that of the EU and "we termed/coined this - cutting a suit for Africa based upon the EU Tailor, the way the world works," then very few dared challenge some of EU high workings in then OAU, they had gotten to know of my role and capacity. Those African Heads of State then - and the argument who would spearhead such effort and endeavors - we scouted around and the decision fell upon then President Qaddafi and the need to link/with him and those chosen then to turn OAU into African Union. At play/stake in the debacle of the African Suit their Benchmark. Hence we have acquired experience and knowledge into those high issues. We knew very well of the Capacity of South Africa and all the other African countries. 

This article states that several leading High Officials of China is being made to pay for those situation which are beyond their control - by the way why we were accepted to write that SIROP program we had/have worked past Chinese issues with then then Great Chinese head of state and leaders past From a High Interdisciplinary management prospective - we know the benchmark and regulatory mechanism. In instance what is termed interventions we undertook/contributed to and their respective reaction, media and otherwise. 

Not just because President J A Michel is currently visiting India over the past 30 yeas those who know and aware of our capacity to make such impute into India economic workings - the manner we later wrote and implemented that SIROP program. The current Economic situation of India even if it gifted a Droner and patrol Boat to Seychelles government. 

What about the political misconception of that SIROP program among Seychelles politicians/Opposition fr the past 28 years and their respective arguments and point of view even after what we have published/shared two years ago on what every can read online and their respective conclusion - yet in Seychelles. We go back to Benchmark - the manner President J A Michel chose to extract and manipulate that program, hijack and pirate it and what he and his officials choose to explain to the world and be they the IMF, the UN or the EU who accepted that corrupted benchmark/practice. Not forgetting this was the important factor leading to the global meltdown of 2008 and yet what the world experts chose to write and explain. 

Last year 2014 we mad a strong effort to contact as many as we could form the Pan European Union and sister Institution - because they had been with us in formulating that original SIROP concept - many have left Office and departed/laid to rest. To get their support that some form of debate or review get undertaken by EU relating to Seychelles and Tax payers money, in the process helping those who refuse or cannot understand the working of that Program understand what really happened and why they work the way it did does. In it active are dynamic/synergy when applied properly can drive Europe and global market and the markets of BRICS and their 

Economy.

In China today, Russia, India the current Heads of State, their respective Office and Executives, on account of their country's method/approach to collection, managing information. They are apprehensive, inability to understand what we address and have been addressing. Yet they have resource of great importance and uniqueness otherwise as Nations, economy they would not have arrived this far. To better understand some of the situation in China the need to explain our role/then Lady Decision to hand over HongKong to China. ( The problematic of interpretation, getting the wrong end of the stick is not just a China, Russia, India problematic - just look at EU and those who had been involved and when they left office no continuity the mega fall out and difficulties),  we/my person was importantly embroiled in this issues and process - influencing in part some of the events and decision. The Leadership in then China and USSR who knew of the issues and their respective Intelligence Services.   One of the biggest challenge of working High Interdisciplinary Management economic/diplomatic topics - the respective Benchmark, those who judge they have/had at the time the best benchmark in place and the a few years down the road or events surface and we discover there were not adequate benchmark in place. Lady Thatcher in  person had shared the issues of when China and HongKong would be reunited and their combined Economic capacity, influences. We had to adjust our respective Interdisciplinary Management understanding/interpretation, develop new discipline. For any entity/person to be able to work, make adequate contribution one must have know and worked other important issues/topics and their positive outcome. You/one cannot build upon failures. ( Mr Jean Marc Harel knew of some of the issues, we had worked/contributed to.) We do not have the time and resources to refer to past threads/topics we have covered - we are certain those who can dig will find they are consistent. Our Terrible President FA Rene and his associate knew/were also aware - This is why the person of President F Mitterrand and others, those form the USA,  opposed that I set up an Office of IOIMF in Seychelles because, their Benchmark could not be trusted. They would simply use and abuse of the many ongoing thematic and then invent or pretend they were never involved or the topics never existed.

This great picture was posted on Facebook today - we trust the owner/posting person will not mind, if one look behind Jivan Old shop, the famous and historic Avenue of Sandragon Trees  lining the road to the governor's Residence, today's state House. President FA Rene and his International Illuminati connections at the time of the acceptance and implementation of that SIROP Program, time and time we have also addressed the science, associated discipline of impact management of big global economic program, dynamic change management at global level - those in Seychelles, African and the Region who did not have clue or idea what we were on about - the sudden arrival of the so call El Nenhio Phenomena and it devastated most of the Old the Sandragon, Takamaka  Trees among others in Seychelles. Part of my training was/is to understand those impact and phenomena in the course of implementation and Managing such high and very complicated programs - Whatever other scientists and experts out their care to say. "Sang Dragon" - translated into English is "Dragons Blood" -
