 We have addressed some issues at our forum regarding NEOM City and that SIROP program in particular the Monument President F Holland had build in the Pas de Calais commemorating the first and second world war dead what influence and synergized this decision. Given the global military situation between the USA and Russia, the unforeseeable impact of Britexit specialty in global peace and  world stability  using that Monument to remind the world of the horrors of the two great wars  and those who judge a third world war is going to be science fiction - there are other complex mechanism involved the combination leading to changes in Saudi Arabia and appointment of Prince Bin Salman as future Ruler of Saudi Arabia. The news of Mrs Winnie Mandela death have complicate our issues because we had written to the current SA President, SA Ambassador to Seychelles and Mrs Winnie Mandela herself explaining events with President Jacob Zuma  and the SIROP program and the economic woes South Africa found itself in as a resultant on account  of the close working of the former Trade Union and now South Africa President with that SIROP program to use the good will of his  Foundation to put in place a platform or forum that can work these issues between Seychelles and South Africa. South African capacity to work  sophisticated world thematic such as BRIC and the very BRICS debacle - NEOM City project. The feed back we had been getting. Our energy and thoughts are far away some will detect in this blog.

From Israel the many leading politicians an personalities around the world and Europe beside their Finance and economic capacities knew a great deal about that SIROP program, the how and why . In Seychelles  and its National Assembly for their own good politic those who will disagree with what we are writing here and yet clandestinely endevour to make the most/maximum advantage.  Seychelles government, the National Assembly and the Justice of Seychelles do not appreciate the leverage capacity if and when they have to be applied the topic of former Minister Pat Pillay and the SPPF/PL split and the rest involving the European Union.

The Seychelles Nation founding fathers roots originate form /France along with those of Reunion, Mauritius, Madagascar and Comor.  Over the past 250 yeas how they have used and apallied their ancestral many high mechanism and values to achieve a  given objective - as such how in France things are done get done. In the Indian Ocean we represent this aspect of nation/Human workings, function. How we use and apply them. Sechelles Seychelles Truth and National Reconciliation Committee rounds up its work

On Thursday 15th February, the Leader of the Opposition, Hon Wavel Ramkalawan chaired a meeting of the Truth and National Reconciliation Committee. The meeting was a working session with Mr. Richard Rogers, an international human rights lawyer, who had been assisting them with the drafting of the model law that is to be presented together with the final report of the Committee.
At that meeting a final review of the law was done. The proposed text was reviewed and all members reached consensus on it.
The next step is the presentation of the report to the National Assembly. Once adopted, the report, together with the proposed law, will be sent to the President, who in turn will have it approved by the Cabinet. The final step will be for the Attorney General to finalise the piece of legislation, have it gazetted and passed by the National Assembly.
The hope of the Committee is that by the 18th June, when the country celebrates the 25th anniversary of the Constitution, the Commission will have been established and the process of truth, reconciliation and national unity can begin.

It is simple - we need a framework in place to allow those who are responsible for the atrocities of the past to come forward and tell the truth, so the families who have suffered most can have closure, and answers. It takes very little courage to take up arms and take over a defenceless nation but it takes true courage to step forward and tell the truth - not "my" truth but simply THE TRUTH. Unfortunately we lack a Mandela amognst us.

 Comment -Good morning world, we had wanted to blog or News the developing instead en devoured to find out more about Human Rights leading lawyer Rogers and came across the Sri Lanka video statement which we have posted at our Community Forum - this is a very important example of the double standard of global politic and Justice System and its benchmark - our Seychelles exile/refugees workings beside Africa and the Gulf linking politic then Cold War had important linking issues to/with the Tamil Tigers and the Sri Lanka government. The many instance our issues have influenced military and killing/death in that Country and both side knew about and have known about this and the important why - what the British and international media then write have written. Among one of the important issue the Tamil Tiger communities in Britain and Europe, the Lady Thatcher government and politic refugees/exiles and everybody pretend would like the world to believe it never happened, the Boat incident of putting the ex Tigers on a Prison Barge in the Thames and the project we presented to her government at the time of taking one of the Island in the BIOT group and creating a special colony under the UN mandate, the idea of the SNM/MPR to get mercenary to create a situation on BIOT to attract world attention to our plight/politic, get the USA to become involved directly for several exile/refugees communities then in Britain including Seychelles and Illois. It was wrong/improper to allow Hon Wavel a second generation migrant Indian citizen to chair that Commission as he will disfavor the Planters community and their Rights and children Plaints before the Truth Commission in Favor of the Indian and those who will be guiding and dictating him. The above said how those advised us which Lawyer to go to and what to discuss and not discus in public or even the lawyers and others - then deny these ever took place, the many Embassies in London who knew and monitored the issues and we had to addressed those who were supposed to be keeping three eyes on our person and activities. We suppose the view and issues of Vatican mean nothing to the International Justice their defrauded and debased Justice thinking - after those who had spend all their life time praying and then dare say they are Christians -

Sir. James Mancham, Founding President of the Seychelles, you made a speech at the IIFWP conference/North Korea grave development

Two weeks ago addressed an article on North Korea on Facebook we are doing this again today

Sir James Mancham was very aware of how our Seychelles many daft at times and at time very complex and sophisticated way above the Heads of the government, the SPPF/PL Majority Assembly and the current LDS Assembly majority - his approach to the attitude of our upcoming politicians if that is the best way one can ascribe them, In his own time and way would put his thoughts to papers/the books he wrote and the Lectures and meetings he held. Very meaningless to very many in that Seychelles.

He had the ability and capacity of taking what was ongoing of our issues and develop special capacity to remodel them to suit the views and attitude, communication mode of those of the greater world. In particular our South and North Korea issues among a few highly sensitive one. .

A lot of imbeciles in that country call Seychelles who did not or just do not know Sir James capacity we say shut Edmond up - send him to a loony bin - that Truth Commission is as useless as a cow that you feed and does not yield milk, we could have chosen a uglier example - Sir James Mancham had refuse to attempt to communicate and explain the vast populace at home why he held such views and the respective arguments - because he would be insulted and lampooned by humans who know absolutely nothing of what the issues were and how they worked. They term and call this Democracy.

I had wanted to remind Pastor Terry Johnson of the Adventist Church Sermon 2/9/17 - it sounded like the Jones and Koresh situation meaning the church and Pastor very grave concern for his congregation and humanity in general and the Christian. Now the news this morning North Korea have exploded a hydrogen bomb.

Please note our effort to try and explain how Sir James Mancham perceive our complicated global links, connection and workings and how he strived to develop a special if not his own unique method of interpreting them and applying them when things.moments became very difficult. President FA Rene and eventually one or two individual, in that Seychelles understood, in Mauritius, certain countries of Africa, the gulf region , India and Pakistan china Asia the Canada, Europe -where he got the information and material to work with and equally important the technique and discipline to work such very difficult thematic.

After some 40 years of working with him on some of those issues and the manner we did this, make it such/possible that one acquires a degree of understanding and knowledge - beside we have impute with such personalities as Dr Kissinger and we can/could site a number of other world distinguish persons in their respective fields, knowledge and disciplines, capacities.

The need to go back to 1986/87 then then USSR and West Nuclear crises Sir James had been our first President in-spite there were complexities we had better advantage and understand ability of their management - what the politicians and media and the so call Institutions have written of how the global Nuclear crises of 1987/88 was resolved - this is the mega if not super mess the world have landed whereby other entities and other mechanism are called to impute and provide solutions and do things then the politicians and media tell lies and invent how they were done and the position arrived at - then come another crises and they try to use their methods and the mess that/which ensues and this is the kind of situation we are in with current Russia and North Korea.

Given the gravity of the situation had Sir James Mancham been alive he would have undertaken some attempts at helping to diffuse the situation using the above mentioned workings - even President FA Rene may have en-devoured do not misjudge him and his capacity to understand /grasp the situation - safe that he lack today the people around him to send them to talk and dialogue make a given input what about Dr Maxim Ferrari.

Beside we have some 35 years of working with a good number of countries their high politicians and other how we have worked and the experience that in Seychelles the approach that is compelling the current political individum to act and respond is very much a controlled in the Cold War era would have been called manipulating they are being manipulated and controlled.

Given that Sir James Mancham is not alive and that lot in Seychelles so full of their own wisdom and knowledge to go about making contact with certain officials and authorities is not my cup of tea the part explanation yet, yet within our workings is the given capacity to influence development in North Korea, its relation with the Russian, China, and other Powers - current direction of things/events..

Currently in the White House and the battle of the American people the person of President Donald Trump over the years while he developed his mega business consortium the many instance we have crossed and impute - this ought to give him the confidence that in-spite of Sir James not being around we can impute and have the capacity to impute - those who failed and refused to grasp what has happen in the USA and the White House.

We are writing this article for Facebook and would have had to write it differently for our IOISS Blog however will copy it to the Blog as it is - we have never professed and promoted the fact that we are masters at writing and putting on papers how we think and do things /make impute and contribute in our given field of knowledge and experience.
