Those involved turned out they had to have the backing and support of the West Capitalists system, government, institutions, the USA, South Africa and those Nations favouring Capitalist system. It was not the pitting of the ideology nd brain of two individual/politicians from Seychelles.
Because those involved refused to change their benchmark and dialogue. We believe the occasion of the reopening of the USA Embassy need reference and explanation.
That SIROP program of 1986, was not concepted and put together by the USA, it was a European agenda and ideas. Those involved, their heads of states, institutions, important contributions to the historic events in the USSR, former East Germany and the then COMECON nation and events leading to the Fall of the Berlin Wall. Those who know, used that SIROP program mechanism, capacity to leverage and synergized the enlargement politic of EU and its economy,. Not the USA, if anything the many attempts endeavours they have made to thwart, hinder and create challenges for the development an d politic of the EU.
The Indian ocean need to be very clear that in spite of the USA capacities, it was not the USA who compelled the Soviet, China Communist system to exit the Indian Ocean, the Arab world, Africa - OAU.

That SIROP program was leveraging and synergizing the USA big banks, markets and Financial institutions, politic yet what the USA media were publishing.

The above said, those who have gone out of their way to discredit and put in place mechanism and agenda, politics, to work against that SIROP program and its capacity. If indeed that SIROP program did contribute and have contributed to the above mentioned historic world, nations events . Albite the damage done, undertaken that SIROP program will have to prove its capacity. Particular in Britain those very aware and in the know, how they have abused and manipulated that SIROP program for their party and government and then deny it exist.
