The Millennium, the SIROP program important co related impute - Future

We have addressed some of the issues on our SIROP Blog space, Community Forums and Email messages.

From London/Britain we had/have been writing, threading that there are important synergistic impacts/dynamics importantly involved within the Millennium approaching , those who had written and forecast the world would end, civilization as we know it - which would/will influence the World, Europe, Civilization, Global politic, Economy, the very long list of what make the world work and our little planet Earth - including the mighty USA, Russia, China, Latin America. Particularly then World working 1997 onward approaching  the Millennium and the preparation for the World/Earth greatest Historic moment.

The world dynamic, synergy was very very different for those who are trained, educated  to understand such science and associated disciplines - beside the pressure on many minds  the great uncertainty and challenges the Millennium would pose exactly because of the synergistic, dynamic changes, developing issues which given until the Millennium arrival had been terrible botched up  - badly managed,  across the globe the even greater challenges, the future synergy/dynamic of the Millennium would bring - the inadequate human preparedness in very many fields.

As we were approaching this great moment, event and history - those across Europe, the USA and around the world who went on high alert mode - curtailing/restricting the Right of is citizens across the globe and evoking, Military, National Security and Society dangers  and  Heightened Terrorist and Criminal activities.  Curtailing the media and other aspect of  Communication in the process - including Educational.

This in itself did not lend to mankind unique gift and abilities to think properly/normally - the restraints. The intense monitoring, Policing, Big Brother role which was being emphasized as paramount and required to protect and provide safety for the world population, Nations, civilizations - the manner the politicians and many other Institutions took over the Management of World affairs and the Management disciplines, systems, mechanism they debated and introduced and put into place - the vast majority with no regards for the future and the synergy/dynamic impact. Yet in their countless documents, reports they would write, address that such concern and issues have been duly/adequately addressed.

There is the important need to look back at Europe in 1997 beside its official Institutions  - the important role of the "Illuminati, Archaic, Templar, Fraternal/Christian, other belief and practices and the global Masonic workings, the NGO's".  In the USA then White House - President and its Institutions. Likewise Russia, China, Latin America, North America, Africa,  Asia - what about the Vatican.

The Many in USA, Latin America, North America, the EU, Africa, Asia, the Gulf Region, Australia, China who were reasonably if not importantly  aware given the much different global positive synergistic working - the impacts on all the media and the communities and citizens of the World - that that SIROP program had been a very important approach, thinking, collaborative process/experience, example, finding solution and nation's workings in overcoming challenges and obstacles - conflicts.  As such the mega battle between the high Illuminati, archaic, Templar, fraternal, masonic workings of Europe and Britain - the need to influence and decided the fate/future of the world and Europe by insisting that the core of that Program remained in Britain - those who set about re-branding, rebuilding the many associated and important issues, reinventing and rewriting the many issues in preparation to the coming Millennium.  Among high profile human issues - the debacles and terrible issues of the fate of Princess Diana and the Al Fayad.  Those who were not trained and had adequate capacity to work, manage and handle such high complicated issues and the media of course - yet they were Officials, they represented the people and the were supposedly employed/duly accredited to to this.  Again what we have written. To achieve the degree of effective success and progress involving that SIROP program and other Higher Issues we represented and worked with - our person had to be/become involved.

There is a very great deal of dishonesty in the Intellectual and academic working of Britain and respective institutions - on myth alone a country and civilization cannot exist and function. On of the Fundamental reason we have engaged and drove the issue which saw Professor Von Hayak advising then Lady Thatcher - the interdisciplinary disparity we encountered between the German speaking Economic working and that of Britain.  The education/High education, University, College academic system - the small percentage who had adequate knowledge and understanding just as their German speaking counterpart were incapable of making the due impute - contributions, given the larger/greater majority their respective academic and education system/concepts.  The very nature their media works form TV, News paper etc and again the important role for those who know the reality we played in the restructuring of Fleet Street, the re working of Britain/London very big media entity and why.

In the face of current global clamp down after events of 2008, important control and manipulation of Academic  discipline and we have monitored and studied the British issues - yet again in Germany, Austria and Switzerland the very critical approach and discipline in place to take a given discipline in itself and take it to pieces, look at its very core, atom and address them in manner that the academic fraternity will understand.  The French are having/experiencing grave,  if not very serious problems and challenges. We are concern with Britain and the German speaking Academic Institutions, because of the unique and very important role they have both played in the advent to the Millennium and ongoing events and the respective why.

The need to emphasis, stress, explain for a given degree of safe/conducive working of the world, Europe, the USA, Latin America etc., then important need and ability to take a Program like SIROP and trash it/dissects  it, study it from the many facets and angles - because of its important properties, synergy, dynamic - events, politic, agendas, debate, particularly the historic construction Program which those big Multinational, Individuals, construction companies, those with Money to build and invests - the/its ongoing impact in the 1997 and approaching Millennium and future to come.

To a great certainty such work, dissecting, study, trashing out approach and report would be very different.  between the German speaking nations, the British  and the French speaking Academicians, the respective national benchmark, institutions and education and political system in place which impede or encourage/drive such process.

Then we have a collective EU challenges how the EU institutions on reporting, evaluating and monitoring works - the standards and benchmarks. It is importantly this which have led/contributed that we address this thread/Issues.

Here we had/have across the public, business entities, markets, countless other areas  of  EU economy, society - the reasonable notion that until 1997, that SIROP program had been a very unique and challenging new way of solving political and economic problems, challenges - involving the former COMECON, USSR, Africa, Gulf Region, Latin America, Asia Europe and China - yet if one when to the or an appropriate DG or Strasbourg MEP/Commissioners or Department Heads - one heard a different language, talk and view of that SIROP program, the issues of those involved the past COMECON, the past USSR, the past Africa, the past Latin America, the past Germany, the past France and the past Austria among others.  How  does one, a young person understand, equate this - in his respective University there exist the science, discipline to take a subject or select a subject which that SIROP program had impacted and trash it/sort, study it to its  core and at EU Level this just do not exist or they refuse to include or take it/them on board.  We are talking of the fundamental   of synergistic and dynamic workings, impacting and abilities to impact - where at EU level  they would only talk of Leverage and gearing - they refuse and do not have the capacity to weigh and study this in details as in the Universities and high academic institutions.

Being content to say/state that such/this Economic program have impacted a given  society, social sector and population is inadequate - example the Channel Tunnel - the manner in Britain, the research and study undertaken and the role of that SIROP program. The way in France their respective Institutions interact, study, dissect and go about understanding the relevancy of the synergistic, dynamic impacts - leave aside the leverage and gearing issues.  The conclusion differed greatly - we can extend this to the Nord pas de Calais Economic development.  Across Europe the many such Economic projects and Programs - how they interlinked and their inter dynamic and  inter synergistic workings - again the distinction between leverage and gearing of such project and programs.

In Britain, itself given that the decision, battle had been taken over by the Labour government - PM Blair - we are being very very economical with information and what really rook place, the system in place to drive and quasi manage such mega Projects, programs and associating synergistic, driving energy - those projects when in place and finish their respective impact on the coming Millennium and the future.  The fact and this is very serious, those current politicians and managers and high executives who somehow have lost control, wreck havoc, out to sabotage other individual contributions in History and in the process disconnect and destroy - the synergistic and dynamic workings relation.  Most important the/its respective impact on our world today - Europe, the USA, Russia, the former East Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia, Africa, the Gulf Region, China.  Having been addressing this topic for the past 10 years very certain some individuals must have taken the issues/topic up and gone through the process of studying, weighing, calculating, quantifying, coding and putting  in mathematical formulas - the long list of scientific approach - yet.

With the availability of information on the web a great deal of material, study prior to the Millennium and after. The many facets and manner of presentation - views and arguments/respective objectives.

The above addressed - there is the need to do some form of catalog if one can call it that,  given the important complex relation between that SIROP program, prior to the Millennium in Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Holland, Spain, Scandinavia, Belgium, Austria - new East Europe Nations  to the EU and Russia itself.

The need and requirement  to identify those key and important projects and sub project and, events, issues and provide their respective information, those involved -

Where does that leave those retched 21/25,000 exile, the nation of Sechelles Seychelles population and the new migrants, the current state of things and very messy situation, politic, economy, national industry and at the core two burning issues the Energy/Gas Exploration possibilities today and the future - those involved and wishing to become involved and the Geo Strategic importance,   the region, regional workings in turn - from East Africa, South Africa, the Gulf Region, Asia, Australia, North Africa, the regional and international institutions it form part of - the relation of such study/research, trashing out is my preferred word at academic and appropriate scientific level/standard - using European Norms.  Because of the EU important involvement as we have described above - in their Universities, national workings and institutions -  the very different and marked view,  approach, importance of that SIROP program in 1997, the Millennium and the terrible state we are in. The involvement of the IMF and World Bank and the UN.

Only a blasted or demented lunatic - human, would dare say if/should such a study/ be undertaken and it is found and can be quantified, equated and proven that,  that SIROP program have played a major role/impact on the events and issues approaching the Millennium in then Europe and the Millennium itself and then for political argument those from India, the African Union, Australia, Asia and the USA or China discredit and say very much otherwise.

Ever since President Obama came to Office this issues have been on our mind, which we have addressed the White and USA high Institutions - the terrible double standards of the world and their impact and influence - just as the influence, synergy, dynamic of that SIROP program from 1987 onward - this cannot be denied or refuted/ignored.

In France the arrival of President Sarkozy and current President Francois Holland - their view and understanding of the Program - their ignorance, lack of adequate knowledge and information what that SIROP program was really about, the impacts which led to the changes in the COMECON, USSR and the Communist political, Economic and Diplomatic system, France global role - beside other important issues affecting the world. Just as in the African Union, the past Presidency of Jean Ping and the current African Union Presidency the very challenging  way the AU system is working and trying to manage the massive agendas it has set itself. .

We have tried to address the many important contributions, properties that Austria and some of its people brought and input in that SIROP program. Having said/address the different scale/values that is being used in the German and British and French speaking Universities/Academic institutions -  the observation.  Those who were happy to use that SIROP program, synergy, dynamic, say leverage and gearing mechanism, properties for their own national development goals, former East European workings, corporate and geopolitical workings, the  enhanced construction Industry and particularly the Banking Sector - the collapse in 2007/8 and the current state of its economy and corporate workings co related to the past and current synergy, dynamic, leverage and gearing possibilities - impacts.  The need to note right across the EU Capitals, for those who have worked and associated very importantly with that program - the marked, what we would prefer to term dislocated, disjointed, very malfunctioning of the impacts and benefits of the synergy/dynamic which ought to have been in place a s a direct results of that SIROP program impacts until the Millennium.  We will be adding a link to the Millennium Building in Vienna/Center, those Architect involved then, the politicians, the media, the bankers, national institutions and European, East Europe - how they go about formulating at Austrian Academic level such project and why - then to forget and pretend such important links, synergy, dynamic, leverage and gearing never existed is to court in scientific term grave situation or grave challenges and associated problematic - malfunctioning of countless other projects and linking issues.

What about the sad fate of France - those mega project we had worked with then President F Mitterrand - Government, Officials, Institutions, later President Chirac building up to 1997  and the Millennium. Right across EU the same terrible/awful development - scenario.

Our/this Blog is open for official written comments, yet those in Britain and London the manner they have reacted - beside those across the EU, the USA, the Indian Ocean and Africa - including the many threaths and intimidating issues.

The reason we have retrieved some of Prof Dr Michael Hofmann past work and addressed them on Facebook IOIMF page - those in Britain/London who are/hold the view we are inventing the topics related to the respective discipline/scientific workings.

Particularly the Conservatives Camps,  their Old colonial mentality - manner they treat those who endeavor to work, address and debate such  important disciplines - the notion they only have the God given rights  and as human under the Sun to address and work such issues.

We are going to publish some research papers/documents and important material leading personalities and great academicians, professor have/were working on -  around the year 1990 - the phenomena, which was driving then political,  social, economic and military changes, developments, process in the former COMECON, the USSR. Those involved in the Privatization and Reconstruction of the German Politic - Unification, France politic, economy and Finance as well as the rest of  Then Europe. What we have written that the Russians and former East European had to reinvent their National Economic, Corporate/Business, Society functioning and keep on top of the heap  upon what benchmarks and scientific values/properties.

Then Events in London - development in the field of big corporate workings, politic and the politic of Europe and the world, Economy and the media - those battling to force the world and Europe to adopt that highly abnormal phenomena, with all its associated debacles/negativity.  The person of then lady Thatcher many of her  Officials and then Professor Dr Von Hayak. Those who judge and say we had been inventing - the source of those material we were working out in Britain/London.

Likewise in the USA events.

EU weighs reaction to Russian incursion in Ukraine

In the news - that European Union foreign ministers are meeting got discuss the situation in Ukraine, Russia reaction and Crimea.

We do not have a satellite link to German Television or French to listen to the debates - European discussion safe Internet and that is not very effective.

One of Europe - EU biggest challenge is those officials who have to take/make decision upon what other have/had build - the constant inability in major crises not being/to be able to understand why the issues were put together and the substances - instead they have to create their own environment then try/attempt to solve the crises/given situation.  We are making this observation from a high Interdisciplinary Management disciplinary approach.

Leave aside the Euro Trillions all those who failed to understand the mechanism, chemistry those that had build the Europe and the issues they are having to come to grip.  The statement that in France, Holland, Spain - the economy have just began to overcome the past four years terrible situation - in France a growth of .3% registered in December.

We have been trying to drive home that - the equation, reason, cause for the pickup and modest growth is wrong - just as they had in 2007/8 where we landed.  Our views and we challenged all those responsible allow us to undertake what we had addressed then they will see yet again the marked change and - to what will they attribute this.

Based- as a reason of what we undertook, the management of the synergy, the decision of Russia - President Putin  to re - synergynize the Russian economy last Autumn and the West and European reaction, the USA, China - for everybody who have refused and failed to listened that $15 billion offer to the Ukraine was part of the issues/synergy we were managing. When one works and is involved with such complex issues the requirement to monitor and keep track - again I /we had hoped to meet with the new Head of the Interdisciplinary Management Faculty of Vienna University - time ran out. Beside to discuss pertinent Austrian, East Europe Economy.  The part agreement we would be returning to Vienna in February/March.

We have a European election this Autumn - and the current Head of the IMF wish to stand a s candidate to replace Mr Barosso - how he came to office and those who supported his candidate and election and those who opposed.

The deteriorating situation requires that we share that, we have worked/associated with the current head of the IMF as then Minister of finance of France - equally the need to state - you the media and public a great deal are not aware/do not know about.

On account of not just the fact she want the post of Mr Barosso - those who had been grooming Mr Dominique Strauss Khan before the fateful event. The very terrible situation Europe is in  - in spite of the massive fall out politicians across Europe, the USA have experienced at the hand of the public those who elected them in the first place we are back in the same old situation.

It is time that Europe politicians and those who want to lead its affairs comport differently - because of this statement - we were involved and embroiled in the incident where the complete Commission  high Executives were forced to resigned several years ago and those like the current IMF Head and many in France they chose to forget and ignore.

There is a very strong and important linkage between France economy and the SIROP program - had this link not existed that Program would never have been put into place and the very many issue never come about.  As such we are very concern and what and how we work the respective issues to help drive, rebuild France economy - then we have the President and all, the respective politicians telling their version of things.  When France economy worked under President Mitterrand and even President Chirac - that was not the benchmark those responsible then applied.  They made that little effort to give credit even if they were not official to those involve and managing that SIROP program.

There are those who think we are inventing - somehow we have a big machine as those on the streets would say we extract those things/issues. Because of the dishonesty they have been served/told.

We have a great deal of respect in the abilities of President Putin and the former President Of Russia. Because of the situation - they need to be told unlike in France, Britain, the USA, Germany - "those from the archaic, fraternal, Illuminati, Templar and masonic entities" how they choose to serve their country and society - what is not written in the media those who manage such information and related issues.

We have played a role/if not important in that mega debacle of Ukraine Nuclear disarmament - not just earlier issues of the COMECON and USSR changes - the undertaking of those who had backed and support the change of the COMECON then 1991 the money would be used to help build and fund development of the third world and small-poor developing nations - then Vatican and then Pope John Paul ll involvement and participation.

Much more important, the Economic issues of then Nord Pas de Calais our input, the channel Tunnel construction and our home/mobile office ex Societe General des Eaux France - North Westholst construction, then Grand master for the Grand L'Orient of France - the issues.  Then France PM - then Masonic Lodge in Dover and Folkestone, what events and how things, issues got impacted, dynamized, synergized and the outcome - most important the Irish ongoing debacle, the war in former Yugoslavia - the promise that President Bill Clinton had made we trusted him help me/us migrate to France.  The extended Jewish community involvement - they wanted my person to be in Limbo, in south England so that those who knew were manipulating events and development could sue my person and abilities to influence and work the issues - then they turn round and destroy everything or very little we had had their .

Many of the Players and high parties are still alive and the issues can still be refereed and their assistants. Normally they would not become/were not involved in the nitty gritty working and trashing out of those important issues. This said, President Putin and many in the Ukraine who did not know only read the paper and TV issues when you have such working structures and a mega/such important fall out  - you need to revert/be able to revert to the old File and then workings issues - with equally the respective new problems and challenges they you have and is in a better position to address and find a solution with will work. In Vienna then Austrian government high officials who knew the backgrounds , in Italy most important then International Atomic Energy officials in Vienna. Equally those who knew personality like then President FA Rene, then Sechelles Seychelles Ex Soviet workings in Seychelles, the Indian Ocean and rest of the World - the manner such issues get worked.

Later when the Blair government came to Office what they got to know and how they managed these/such issues of which we have written.

After addressing this Blog yesterday evening on the economic woes of Ukraine, EU and the World - this morning the respective news/TV.

As against RT and French or German TV - the debacle, how since Ukraine Independence those few who have taken to amassing and siphoning  - creaming their nation and people.

Those who hold the view - they have the sole rights to owe everything  and others have to slave for them.
The need to spell  and explain these are not EU values - the issues of the defaults across the EU, the people having to suffer and the so call bail out money in Euro billions landing in the pocket of a very few. Because they have the connections and know how to rip and milk the system.

Ukrain is on the verge of default and that $15 billions the Russian offered where it get landed and the people suffer - frpm a European proppective it ought to be the people they have to be concern, care for not the super rich and wealth barons. On the same parallel - they criticize  the Italian, Sicilian, the Greek yet they are prepared to go along  with the Ukraine wealth Barons.

In  this morning TV coverage it is coming out  that change of government was brought about a group of Wealth Baron as in USA and Italy the fight for their respective Turf - they want more and control.  The nominated PM and President of Ukraine are reasonably wealthy and those who supported them.

The onus is on the EU Institutions, those who are completely blind  and take /make decision on  distorted and highly manipulated information and related material and their benchmark.  We stated in the above Blog the Corruption report Euro 250 billions - yet the small individuals and those that get marginalized and the worker is forced to pay every cent he earns back - slaving away to/for the system. Is this the EU we envisioned and laid the foundation  of/for.  The same Institutions who will set a standard for the old /Central Europe  and a different sets of values for those former East Europe and its expansion program for Ukraine and Turkey.

EU is supposed to be a democracy - on account of those Wealth Baron - those Officials who is leading the citizens of EU into a war and those who will be killed this time it will not be your/the standard weapon - more infernal weapons will be deployed - what will ensue.

Just as our ancestors in France near 1000 years ago use their heraldic to represent important aspects of their workings, values etc., that Coat of arms of our Community FECAS is function and witness of those historic events and process of the USSR - President FA Rene is very well aware and the Vatican. Why we wrote when those think they are destroying us/our workings and community workings in EU they are also destroying their own workings and interests. 

 We are going to add a link to Wikipedia - events which followed the COMECON and USSR change - then Grouping of  Rev Moon and his global consortium. Those who decided to take credit and make vast fortune and develop control mechanism on a global scale and the mess we have landed in.

Albert Rene calls for "National Reconciliation" Parti Lepe's Golden Jubilee




We have addressed the issues that since 2013 - those at the EU Commission and African Union representative in Bruxelles would have wish that we visit them and discuss the Economic future of that SIROP program given it is incomplete and the relation to Regional Indian Ocean Economic workings, dynamic, Asia, the African Union, Gulf Region and Europe proper.


We have explained our reluctance and the call for help from President Obama on this/these issues and President Bill Clinton.


After our visit to Vienna, this January we have seen how - the economic Landscape of Europe have suffered and the deep anguish of the people. Addressing these on our Forums and Blogs to you in Sechelles, Seychelles, Mauritius and the Region.


There was supposed to be important momentum in that Senate debacle and what we have addressed about first lady Natalie deep/burning anger over this issue and her personal position and reaction. This have done very little to spurn President JA Michel instead he has/is developing a Bunker politic/position - as Most politicians when they are faced with choice they do not like. Yet this very President J A Michel had been the one who have courted this idea for the past two years as against former President FA Rene and the Oppositions.


We had detected the frustration middle of 2013 - the challenge facing the Opposition in Seychelles, since the change in 1991, the vast and many lost opportunities - the terrible Seychelllois politic of infighting, making political mileage and the self defeatism psychology.


Most important just as they have/rather swallow the lies of the International community, the Commonwealth and OAU that they forced/compelled President FA Rene to change Seychelles One party System - when many had been importantly involved, yet did not have the guts to stand up and say what they knew or in the Assembly and explain themselves .


We/that SIROP program had been the driving force/synergizing simply because either they did not get the victory ought right they had wanted in 1992/3 or that we would do like so many African politicians join everybody and tell any lie that was judge good enough and good enough to make money. The equation of the fact that they had all been for a Military change must not be ruled out - the hypocrisy at the core of our politic.


In October/November 2012, the decision to put online that Programs against those who knew about it in bits and pieces, kept secret from the Nation, electorate what they knew and our National media - their objectives. Because of Mauritius important Protocol with Sechelles Seychelles - we judge, though the high politicians in the Region and the world knew the issues, the people and citizens knew too little - to work a Protocol as have been signed between Mauritius and Seychelles - the people, its citizens need to be engaged and committed. Equally the powerful thinking behind that historic Protocol - both Mauritius and Seychelles, regional nations, Reunion, Madagascar, Comoros, Madagascar, Sri Lanka in the face and after that 2007/8 global meltdown needed to radically rework the many old complex nation bilateral, business and international workings. These are the strong reason we put that Program online - in spite of the massive abuse and gaps, accountability and interpretation involving the global communities.


President JA Michel and this need to be spell just as/like many of the regional Leaders and the of North Africa - had become accustom to what we would term "spoon feeding in economic and big business workings " the discipline and synergy which drives economy and big business - the dysfunction, the corrupted explanation and those who can and have link to a given entity/party that can drive their respective issues who they work these out the explanation, then then give the their people and media. We have been involved in this process for the past 21 years when President FA Rene accepted that program - the communication which was required to be applied, his decision to step down and the taking over by President JA Michel - everybody in Seychelles our Opposition media know how things work, then the way they react and respond including the Church and Religious institutions.


We had reached the point of utter frustration too - and the lists of collateral fall outs and their cover-up and distortions. Particularity the issues and benchmark coming for the African Union and the COI and RIM Association.


The project for a Senate did not loose momentum - between our person State House, President JA Michel and those who supported this concept in Seychelles and the Region, African Union  - the International community and Europe. It required the change of mind/approach to working by those in Sechelles Seychelles.


Should one be call, required to go into the details of the SIROP program and the aspect that have been implemented - the need to note, the manner the Opposition have worked, yet the very important benefits, they their families, party members and communities etc., have benefited. The battle on our hands to implement each of them.


We addressed - President JA Michel that the next development required, the similar approach used by President F A Rene with that SIROP program and the return of Multiparty - the Party had totally opposed this move and very many others - yet it needed to be done if one had any wisdom or grey matter left. The question of failed and loss opportunity when it come to those that carry out self or internal changes. By the way we have worked with several Nations in the Region and heir Heads of State, we are not inventing or day dreaming on this topic.


President FA Rene, reacted very reserved when the announcement of Lady Natalie Michel came. Indicating he was concerned.


Let us say for the benefits of the thousands of different point of views and arguments - we have got him at this very late hour to come forward and express in strongest language and view his concern - leave the political debacle of the elections looming,  we had the last election and the Opposition posturing - nobody had dared to stand in public and fight their election ticket on a Senate/Two tier Parliament - it could have been very simple and they would have entered history book.


Politic is about brutal business, money and what share of the pie. That SIROP program is very alive and important - how many economic Program can boast/say this and there are many out there in the face of the last global meltdown - former President FA Rene was at the core of this Program and President JA Michel without that Program would have been a nobody - it was handed to him by President FA Rene and the SPPF.


We could have used other dynamics to drive forward the agenda of a Senate in Seychelles - the fact that President F A Rene have uttered and spoken out over the issues he judge need to change - the nation and all those concern need to get down and compel him to formulate his view - let us be blunt - the Power they have over the workings and the decision process is significant - meaning it is very essential,  everybody take due note.


Another example of the politic in Seychelles, the process President JA Michel changed the Technical School system,  buildings and resources to that University of Seychelles. The Privatization process - the move towards a Senate and two tire Assembly need to be approach to a great extent along this line - once they have made up their mind and announced their intention the rest is a great deal easier to put into place.


It is very sad and terrible to note the way we use the Social network in that nation - former President FA Rene - knew all the Heads of State in Africa, North Africa, gulf Region, Asia - Latin America, we had impacted with that SIROP program - his respective role as high parties to implement and the need to monitor and communicate with other in the given communication possibilities. Hence he must be very acutely aware of events in North Africa and the Gulf Region - the need for Seychelles to change.


Another much more important and burning issues - after 23 years, the influx of migrant and new communities in Seychelles, they have a right to vote and explain their wish how they see events and development take place and shape in Seychelles - the only way froward beside setting up special committees specially for them or creating NGO - it is to have a to tier Parliament - with room to include those new communities and Migrant which is making up that new Seychelles.


Finally there is the wisdom - this the Oppositions distaste, come 2016, assuming they/we take over the nation affairs - what will they do with the SPPF Opposition, the sheer discord, division and bogging down system they will used and deploy and protests - bad enough the fledgling government will have its hands full - if it came to this they would not last one year in Office. What alternative - send them all in exile or lock them up or send them to the Islands. We all need to be sensible here.

There is the need to stress - the mechanism that were used to get Mr Alan St Ange to Join the government and Mr Pierre to work as the only Opposition so to say. It was because of the Opposition attitude - they too are far to prone to "spoon feeding".
The position of former President J R Mancham - President FA Rene ought to release the completed minutes of his first meeting with former President Mancham. Particularly his position what he had contributed to bring about Multiparty change.

Given the Seychelles government, the SPPF became our important partner in implementing that SIROP program - if we cannot get the International community to organize a proper review of that SIROP program - the muck stinks to much, then they ought to table motion to cal for accountability of every single Opposition in that SIROP program - the people have a right to know.

The stench will be 20 times greater than that little coconut coup d'etat of 1977.

President J R Mancham could have pressed for two tier Parliament - yet his utter opposition and resulted is his being push out of the Opposition and loose the Leadership of the Party he founded - these are very serious and fundamental issues.

In Africa, North Africa, Latin America and Asia when a former Head of State comports as President J R Mancham have done/did - it would be the people who would try him and the outcome everybody would know the conclusion.

Further more he had wanted a change that would have seen and taken us back into bondage of certain powerful Nations to dictate their politic and policies.

Former President J R Mancham fail to see with his great insight and judgement - had the people of Seychelles  had a  two tier parliament the nature and quality of issues and debate which would have started and taken place - including his participation.


Reflection

As the land of Seychelles and that or whatever percentage who still believe and believed in FA Rene Marxist/Socialist dream - revolution, " reflects and review" upon events of our nation and history past 40/50 years, the important necessity to note across all generation and for centuries - mankind/ group, of human have needed and will need to have, hold a belief - the process of destroying that belief which a people or group of people hold very dear - the sanctity - committing a much greater crime - being unable to replace that belief with something more substantial, solid and longer lasting.#

The need to note - the Seychellois, after the revolution and the exile/ethnic , political cleansing - were of a high percentage of African decent, the way they learn to function , exist and believe in a leader in Africa and the process leading to Africa Independence - those like Kenyatta, Nyerere, Kaunda, Sengor, Mobutu Seseko others and Nelson Mandela. North Africa, the process. In India Nehru and Gandhi, In Mauritius Ramgoolam Senior. In Asia the nation liberators and freedom fighters from colonial yoke and bondage. In that Seychelles the black populace belief in FA Rene and his version/brand of politic and Socialism. The same process in Latin America, the America many centuries earlier and the West Indian nations.

To replace it with what - infernal media, Drug and Consumers society and greed. To work just to make the Indian merchants rich and build larger bank accounts.

We are not unique on this planet earth - hence our preference to saying, we come from "Mars, Jupiter or Saturn" in former East Europe and Soviet Russia the belief as white people/civilization, that was instilled, implanted in them after the Second World war, their respective society, culture, economy, science, art and much more. Those who have come with the West - to be differentiated from Central European Values. Those nations today and their children life and future, society - those involved in that revolution and the process of dismantling what the people had come to hold dear as such sanctity to replace it with what, greed, consumer society, drug, mass media and the worse kind of corruption. In Central Europe the mega economic, social political, cultural and financial crises of 2007/8 with nobody being able to come forward or offer alternatives. With just 20 years of changes a large majority of the populace call for the return of their old life and system/society, simple life. For them the Western dream and belief having failed - those that undertook the Revolution the enormity of this failed adventure and belief belief, values having undertaken the process of dismantling, destruction and being unable to replace it with something better and longer lasting.

The originality of that SIROP Program - why the combined Opposition, made up of former President JR Mancham, Dr Ferrari, former Ministers and leading exile executive failed in changing that Seychelles because they did not have that alternative vision as had been contained in that exile/refugee program, president FA Rene had become aware - which they had hijacked not knowing the depth and width of it. What we have been writing, had this Program been allowed to be put in place as had been planned, Europe and East Europe would have been very different - along with the rest of the world. Important reason we took much of the paper work in that suitcase to Angers - Loire those who understand the greater European, France history, civilization and history connected with/to Angers. The Vatican under Pope John Paul ll and Pope Benedict, had grasp the importance and enormity related/involved in that program, so too President F Mitterrand. It had to otherwise it would not have had the depth to contribute importantly to the change and collapse of the Communist system, the Soviet system in the Indian Ocean and Africa. { Lady Thatcher who had been a very sensitive person had grasped a brief glimpse of the issues and compared it to Weapon of Mass destruction, take control of the world and society, driven by others rants to exclaim - the phenomena, mechanism, dynamic, synergy, possibilities - but is was not nuclear or mass human destruction. That was lady Thatcher in instance. Upon her exist today's Britain.}

One of our big - handicap, we are not given to big oratory and long intellectual writing, just any garbage to impress, con and manipulate, crap as is expected, so to say norm of an individual with the ability to contribute and impute in such important passage and process of human civilization. The duty and obligation to reflect and write an adequate paper upon the SPUP/SPPF/PL 40/50 Anniversary.

Le Vice-Président Faure à la cérémonie d’investiture

Le Vice-Président Danny Faure est arrivé à Madagascar hier après-midi afin de représenter le Président James Michel à la cérémonie d’investiture du nouveau Président élu de la IVème République de Madagascar.

M. Hery Rajaonarimampianina sera investi chef d’Etat malgache ce samedi lors d’une cérémonie au Stade municipal de Mahamasina, à Antananarivo.

Le Vice-Président Faure a été accueilli à son arrivée à l’Aéroport d’Ivato à Antananarivo par le Premier Ministre malgache, M. Jean Omer Beriziky, et le Ministre des Affaires étrangères malgache, M. Jacques Ulrich  Randriantiana.

Seront également présents du côté des Seychelles à la cérémonie d’investiture ce samedi : le Ministre des Affaires étrangères, M. Jean-Paul Adam, et l’Ambassadeur Callixte D’Offay.

Le diplomate seychellois, M. Claude Morel, y sera lui aussi mais en sa capacité de chef du bureau de liaison de la Commission de l’Océan Indien (COI) à Madagascar.

La cérémonie de ce samedi sera dirigée par la Haute Cour Constitutionnelle et des chefs d’Etat sont attendus dans la capitale malgache. Ceci est un signe de reconnaissance pour le nouveau régime à Madagascar. C’est un évènement marquant la fin de la Transition et le début d’une nouvelle ère pour la Grande île.

L’investiture du Président Hery Rajaonarimampianina fait suite à la proclamation des résultats officiels et définitifs de l'élection du 17 janvier dernier. Le scrutin présidentiel a été jugé crédible par l’ensemble de lacommunauté internationale.

A signaler que la passation de pouvoir entre le Président de la transition, M. Andry Rajoelina et le nouveau président élu M. Hery Rajaonarimampianina a eu lieu hier (vendredi).

Selon l'article 48 de la Constitution malgache, « la passation officielle du pouvoir se fait entre le Président sortant et le Président nouvellement élu. Avant son entrée en fonction, le Président de la République, en audience solennelle de la Haute Cour Constitutionnelle, devant la Nation, et en présence du gouvernement, de l'Assemblée Nationale, du Sénat et de la Cour Suprême, prête serment. Ainsi, le mandat présidentiel commence à partir du jour de la prestation de serment ».

La Cour Electorale Spéciale (CES) avait dénombré 7 971 790 électeurs inscrits dont 4 043.246 votants avec un taux de participation de 50,72%. Hery Rajaonarimampianina avait obtenu 2 060. 124 voix, soit 53,49% des suffrages exprimés, tandis que son adversaire politique Jean Louis Robinson a été crédité de 46,51% des voix.

M. Rajoelina a transmis symboliquement, hier, lors de la cérémonie officielle de passation, le pouvoir à son allié M. Hery Rajaonarimampianina, vainqueur de l’élection présidentielle, en lui remettant une grosse clédorée significative du Palais présidentiel d'Iavoloha.
« Je remets cette clé à Hery Rajaonarimampianina, la clé du pouvoir, et celle qui devrait mener vers le développement et du succès pour Madagascar », a souligné M. Rajoelina, particulièrement ému, lors de la cérémonie.

Durant son allocution, M. Rajoelina a souhaité à Hery Rajaonarimampianina, la réussite dans sa lourde responsabilité d'être à la tête de la nation malgache et de mettre l'intérêt de la nation et de la population malgache avant tout autre intérêt.

« Je vous souhaite beaucoup de succès, je vous donne ma bénédiction », a-t-il dit dans un discours prononcé au palais présidentiel en présence des hauts dignitaires du pays, de représentants des forces de l’ordre, du corps diplomatique et d’autres invités.

M. Rajoelina a ainsi loué les efforts du chef de la médiation de la Communauté de développement de l'Afrique Australe (SADC), l’ancien Président du Mozambique, M. Joachim Chissano et le vice- ministre chargé des relations internationales et de la coopération de l'Afrique du Sud, M. Marius Fransman, présents lors de la cérémonie, pour leur engagement dans la recherche de sortie de crise pour Madagascar.

C'est la troisième fois que le peuple malgache connait une passation de pouvoir entre deux chefs d'Etat. Le premier fut la passation entre le Président Philibert Tsiranana (président sortant) et le Général Ramanantsoa. La deuxième était la passation entre Norbert Lala Ratsirahonana (Président par intérim en 1996) et le Président Didier Ratsiraka.

A noter que M. Rajoelina était parvenu au pouvoir en mars 2009, à la faveur d’un coup de force qui a renversé le Président Marc Ravalomanana. 

Le camp de M. Rajoelina revendique une majorité relative dans la nouvelle Assemblée nationale    également élue le 20 décembre, et dont la composition doit encore être confirmée par la Cour électorale spéciale malgache après examen des recours.

Le processus électoral, qui s’est déroulé dans le calme, était considéré comme l’indispensable premier pas pour sortir de la grave crise politique, économique et sociale qui a profondément appauvri Madagascar, mise au ban des nations, depuis près de cinq ans.
