In 1993, then President F Mitterrand, then Chancellor Helmut Koln, in Italy, Austria the correspondence we addressed explaining to the UN, EU - the reason for the breakup/war in Yugoslavia, had been started was because of the advance and uniqueness of the Yugoslav Socialist system, diplomacy, economic issues and politic 1989/90. { We had been studying some of the issues workings in relation to Seychelles government from a
corporate prospective}
We argued - then to prevent then changing former COMECON nations to/from adopting and improving the Yugoslav system instead of the West/Central Europe and set in place a new Social order was to create chaos, war and destroy the system - what ensued and there are those who over the years have researched and presented different arguments.
The Russian leadership, were aware, their Intelligence service and Military. Beside other emerging political leaders of the ex COMECON. The uphill fight they knew their citizens would have had to do, /with to come to par as/with the central European nations. Underlining what we have addressed things would have been very different if we had been allowed to work that SIROP program and related issues on the continent.
One of the main weakness of the enlarging system was the Monetary workings and Institutions. Their old debts. Central Europe embark on a quick solution to European expansion, with it setting in place mechanism to drive these development and inadequately thought out and the consequences. The last 2007/8 major global meltdown enabled everybody to see some of the important and major floors in the system.
We have been following the early development of the BRICS 2009 when we visited Seychelles - may we add, the displacement of synergy - what if we had stayed longer in Seychelles/the Indian Ocean which caused the Russian officials to react and set things in motion and call this conference - Events since.
Among the many issues addressed we have try to follow nobody have picked up the old Yugoslavia economic, financial, political and corporate working/model in the Socialist system as alternative - in face Those level headed and serious politicians, academicians from the USA who respected the Yugoslav system and as being a better if not the best of then socialist/communist System. Those who had attempted to engineer that situation/development fearing other East Europe country would follow it if the meltdown had not taken place including the USSR.
The Horses have bolted as they say some 20 years on beside the necessity to review the overall working and vision of EU, the decision to set up BRICS world alternative global workings - institutions. This may just give the opportunity to review the working and position of NATO - their mistakes, those who engineered the issues. Once the BRICS Institutions is set up, beside the issues of two speed Europe, Southern Europe Nations - nations of the EU system will be tempted, will want to use their system and alternative workings - specially those from former East Europe. For those who are serious about peace in Europe - the undertaking NATO gave President Gorbachev. Their failure in the process to have economic, geopolitical control what they have unleashed.
It would have been interesting to hear the view of a Chancellor Koln, former President Gorbachev, former President leach Walesa, those in ICC prison from former Yugoslavia, may be in France those who were active then and in Italy. { We are adding the link of the Cambridge Five for special/good reasons}
Council of Europe
The Council of Europe is a very special Institution of EU and Europe working - the fact that a former Solidarity/Solidarnos Executive, former Poland PM have been elected as president to this very special Institutions 30/8/14 led me to edit this Blog. The important question to pose what if Pope John Paul II had not been elected and somebody else - the outcome and impact on events and changes in former East Europe. This is something within the context of European and world Interfaith working have a number of time pressed the issues forward. The distinct Communist system and belief - with it the world and human society they had endeavored to build for 70 years.
Prior to the arrival - election of Pope John Paul II, those who had judge, concluded God did really exist and his/its impacts on nations, greater society and Humanity existence, why not strengthened/support this working. Those who will recall prior to his election - a handful of serious and dedicated spiritual Leaders existed in Europe - how they could help change and contribute to the situation in then Cold War COMECON and Soviet system - equally across the World.
The rediscovery of Christian faith/belief by former East countries, the former USSR for the vast majority of World Leaders and their Institutions have been completely overlooked and forgotten or misrepresented. What it is like to be a nation and people that believe. The society they build and the institutions they put into place. This for any group or collective of individual who aspire to drive and lead society is of great importance and relevancy. It was this combination which led us to press those then in Vatican to support a very different Social, Political and human values as those of West Europe then 1986/7- Vatican and the Church positive reaction.

It was not only the personality of Pope John Paul II which impacted and influenced world issues and working - it was humanity changed prospective and growing belief that there was/were other approach to life and society than the total materialistic vision and engineered by the politician and those greedy money men and bankers. We had tried endeavored to extend this belief and development by helping and becoming involved in the issues of if changes was to come in the Indian Ocean and Africa - it would not be changes driven by those who were after a one world government - it was much more important to build a new Africa based upon Christian, Faith values, belief.
We are adding these here to try and underline that Faith, Belief and Christian moral values was very important - impacted by events and development from East Europe and USSR. If/should a new Economic order be put into place be they from the former Communist countries and Africa the importance this would play. Some of the emerging heads of State and Leaders were very aware and took it seriously.
Impending conflict/War
We read the news this morning of NATO deployment of the Special Force and new Base in East Europe - the Independent paper article that Russia has started a War the the untold number who will perish. "We have spend many years studying the science behind the German War propaganda - our conclusion." - what we have addressed of NATO near abolishment how this cam about our important involvement - particularly the issues relating to it undertaking to the World, Russia - it decided or found excellent excuse to break and go back on its word.
At the core of heraldry and heraldic workings/discipline, science and ethic is Christianity, belief, Faith, honor, valor, sincerity, love, friendship, kindness and the very long list. In Russia, the belief across the board, China their respective belief, India the belief of its people, South Africa it very rich religious values and belief and Brazil predominant Christian belief. Where Europe has failed and is failing these are not my thought and words but that of then Pope John Paul II - Europe politicians failure to allow faith and christian values to have a greater place in its citizens functionality, excluding it instead endeavoring to develop social science and social benchmark which would take this place and attempt to work what the church have been doing the past 1000 years - acknowledging that it is a vital part of its existence and functioning - to create a Department would be folly.
It is a situation for most politicians in Europe trying to address the issues of Faith, Church moral values and belief within the context of Political and society workings and legislation.
This said - the direction EU is heading unless those that are concern and care bring the politicians to reconsider their priorities and responsibilities.
When we read the British or West media going on about Russia, former East Europe like bunches of harlot having a go at young females learning to be harlots just do not know where to start. Those in Russia, politicians included very aware of how Russia today's society works and values in comparison to West Europe. The vast majority are trying to make a living, learning to cope. Had their Christian values be question how they would react towards those who preach and believe they are better christian and their heinous benchmarks.
We want to take the opportunity given that we have Blog availability - which we did not have in then 1986/7 to urge those Five nations putting the BRICS alternative world Institutions and Networks together, they seriously need to appraise and take into consideration of why EU has failed and is failing and then Pope John Paul writing, heritage to the world about the importance and role of Christianity in society. It will not be easy - how many recall the many new religious movements that came to birth - alive after the Fall of the Berlin Wall and the COMECON melt down and the USSR. There is a great deal of grey issues and Professor Dr Michael Hofmann was/would have been aware - the serious option of UNIDO/World Bank staying in Vienna and what it would take to make them stay - beside high University debate, his very important Government connections. Leave aside the International workings of
UNIDO/World Bank then. Had they not stayed in Vienna - would that research we undertook - Indian Ocean Industrial Investment Promotion Center ever taken place, as such all the debacle of the COI, Commission de L'Ocean Indian. Given our ability to find out and meet people - had we held the view that Professor Dr Michael Hofmann was not who he said he was would have gone to another leading Academicians, we had the connections to do this. The seriousness of that Research again those in the Austrian government, UNIDO, World Bank, IMF, the South African Embassy, their Intelligence Service in Vienna - we ask them to read it and give us their feedback in turn to report/discuss with Professor Dr M Hofmann, Israeli Embassy, the USA, the banking officials we talked with - they would have alerted not just my person but Seychelles government then, that Professor Dr Micheal Hofmann is not who he say he is - along with the Department and Faculty of Vienna University of Economic and Business, beside some of his acquaintance for instance Dr Hannes Androsh then Austria Finance Minister,
Minister Joseph Staribacher, the Mayor of Vienna Town Hall then,
Dr Alfred Sokol in particular. In the face of then Cold War Indian Ocean, then vast majority in Europe who will never understand/grasp the important implication - safe what the European media church/print out/write about. We tried to get those surrounding then Chancellor Kreisky to present those information in the Austrian/Vienna court and officials. President F Mitterrand, Chancellor Koln and Chancellor Schroeder, PM Andreotti and the Vatican knew and were aware of these facts/issues yet. These are highly serious issues - the way they were being managed and manipulated - hence the many article to those in Vienna and the interest in the University development, these officials were not just involved in managing the University workings - outside University Interests and relevant fields of work, knowledge and connections.
